Notice to Cub Cadet Customers
*If you did not purchase your Cub Cadet product from Richards Equipment Inc, you MUST provide your bill of sale (which includes your model number, serial number and date of purchase), or proof of warranty registration, prior to the commencement of any warranty repairs. Failure to do so, will result in warranty repairs being completed at your expense.
*PLEASE READ YOUR MANUAL for details on warranty coverages (including fuel related issues and travel time) as well as your responsibilities as the owner.
*We are currently experiencing a minimum of a 4 week wait time for non essential repairs and servicing. For other servicing dealers in your area please visit cubcadet.ca
Basic Warranty Information:
Small engines require basic maintenance. Fresh gas or gas used with fuel stabilizer must be used. Proper oil levels need to be maintained. PLEASE READ YOUR OWNERS MANUAL. Failing to properly maintain your small engine, could VOID YOUR WARRANTY. You will be responsible for any costs incurred by failing to do proper maintenance (including fuel related issues). Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We reserve the right to charge for technical advice given over the telephone. The minimum charge is $115/hour. Any charges will be issued at the discretion of the Service Manager.
Our Labour rate is $115/hour, minimum 1/2 hour and our Trucking rate is $150/hour, minimum 1 hour.
